Full Fart, Full Kontroll träning
Massstart together with 19 other guys (first of three massstarts) in a very fast but tricky forest. The speed was really high but I could manage to run quite clean. I am very satisfied with my performance today, physical and technical. 2min behind world class runners is also fine.
