Jukola Testrace 1 (31/07/2021)

In the beginning of the week, I really thought that I reached already a good level and that I'm not that far away from the others. But already the last two days and today again, I realised that I have to be realistic and only at the beginning of coming back. The pace on the way to the first control was not super fast, but too fast for me and I had no control. I was last at control 1 and try to hold a high speed, but it was not really possible. I not the power for this tough terrain and I missed even more because I was constantly at my limit. In the finish then 10min behind where I wanted to be. But it shows me where I am right now and that is good, even when it hurts. Nothing should be free and that's why I must work hard again before I can run well again.
