SM Stafett (29/08/2021)

After the last two days were not satisfying at all, it was such a nice feeling to run a good relay again. I started very good and caught up two other runners. Control 6, I though I take it safe and run nearly all the way on paths, but never found the small path and was not checking the compass. I lost around 90 seconds, I would guess, and a second tram caught up with me. From the 6th control until the finish I was running together with a few other guys and the speed was really high. I was running with all I had and I am super happy that I could follow and had enough control to take the right controls without loosing time. On the final sprint up to the finish I was 4th out of 5 and had nothing left in the body after crossing the line. 19th place with the second team of my club is okay. Sounds not really good, but it was super tight and just 2,5min to Top10. So, I think we can be satisfied, especially me :)
